Arkansas Physical Health & Rehab is a multidisciplinary doctor's office including; chiropractic, medical (nurse practitioner), acupuncture, physical rehabilitation, massage, alternative care, and nutrition. Our office team is excellent and we have been voted best chiropractor in Northwest Arkansas 11 years in a row, as well as Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce Excellence in Business Award in 2018.

$60,000 base pay for the right doctor with probability of significantly more based on performance. (Performance bonus based on a % of collections on services the doctor produces) We are open to customizing a work plan for the right doctor.

APHR is a busy office and there are multiple responsibilities and requirements including, but not limited to; patient management, congruent/tandem patient treatment programs, gold standard diagnosing & documentation, and participation in office/team promotions.

All candidates must be able to acquire an Arkansas State license and be able to be a member of selected insurance plans. APHR appreciates experience but we are willing to consider new doctors.
